An example might be a musician; you have to really master the basics of scales, notes, harmonies, etc. until you can get to the point where you're able to just "spontaneously" improvise. Maybe spontaneity comes through habituation, just as freedom can come through discipline...?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
